7/10/2006 - And So IT Ends

The weekend is FINALLY over. A long one at that for me. Busy.

Friday - Met with Dr. Patel (EFP) to anylize my health conditions. He was 'unaware' of the ongoing issues with my eyes, maybe uninterested, because I refused to seek treatment through EFP. I am off my Zoloft, seemingly able to handle it all sober keeping busy. Had to get some stuff for my ears and was advised to not lax on my BP meds. I barely remember my eye drops every 4 hours and that actually hurts me.

Saturday - Tired because Olivia couldn't sleep. I hadn't slept all week. Jim came in 1:00am and it was wonderful to see him. Missed him. Didn't know how much really until I saw him. Spent time with his family since Sunday we were attending the Mason Family Reunion.

Sunday - As expected, I wondered why I attend the FU when I barely speak with anyone. I went to show support. Jim paid $11 for auction items to support next year's FU. I've asked myself why I attend every year for the past 4 years. I can't seem to stay away. Like a bad movie you keep watching over and over again.

Monday - Said good-bye again to Jim. Almost cried again. Although saying good-bye was easier. Olivia is adjusting better than I am, but her heart isn't ripped apart. I know what Jim's doing. She doesn't understand why her Daddy keeps leaving. At least she recognized him when I came this weekend. I was just hoping for an easy week. I was wrong.

Good note: I was chosen for the next P&C Licensing class!  I have to work 6 days next week and come in for OT Sunday morning, have training for the next 2-3 weeks and have to pass 2 tests... but it may results in a $1500 raise for the year! (Roughly $50 more biweekly) hardly seems enough, but any little bit counts when it comes to buying baby supplies.

My bed is calling me.
