Okay, so I have been busy trying to straighten things out. Other things, not just the complicated relationship... Eh, I have to remove my shortcut to text him because its too easy to just text him, especially late at night. Grr. I want him to try this relationship out with that girl because it is something he needs to do for himself. I still find myself wanting him to just show up on my doorstep ready to come back. I'll get over it. 

Thank goodness for Dan lately though. He's been my rock, and a little too much of a tease! LMAO. Too bad he's in NY and I'm in NC because I would have totally nabbed him for some swing dance lessons. He's been excitingly refreshing to reconnect with. Reminds me that maybe I'm not always gonna feel so miserable.

The PTC for Liv went well. She 's reading at a level G still well above where she needs to be right now..., needs to be I by the end of the school year. Also 100% in Math, and I will be working with her so she doesn't get bored. She needs to know adding and subtracting to 100 by the end of the year and she may start to be pulled for 2nd grade math soon! 

Jim was suppose to call me so we could discuss more things, but he must have been busy. He has another life and I shouldn't interfere. I know he mentioned needing to fix the plaster near the chimney-we had discussed about just exposing the brink. The Realtor refused to put the house on the market until the additional work is completed. I spoke with BOA, they need the Realtor to accept the assignment, but they won't until Jim finishes his part. 

Also asked about doing the ForSaleByOwner.com listing, and that will work for the other program as long as I have proof that the house was on the market for 90 days. That may be the only other choice. It also means though that Jim will have to make time to show the house in case anyone calls. He's too busy now, I can't imagine if I tried to make him do something else. 

I've got to try minimal contact with him. I say that, but its easier said than done. *pouty face*

I started painting again. Which is good, because I love it. I had given up my art a long time ago because, well... I'm not sure. I have always had a passion for art and I let go of a lot of things over the 10 years. I am finally starting to wonder why I did a lot of things. It is not who I am.
