--- Verizon --- I received some exciting news last night... I passed my Verizon interview. Horray! I've passed all 3 components but Miss Brown called last night asking me to complete the online application, again. I had previously but it was when they had posted the position on 12/8/07 and have since deleted that job posting and reposted it on 12/18/07 so my application was no longer in the system. Did that last night and will call her to follow up today. I also have to postal mail my signed application, per request. No biggie. But I am just excited I've passed all 3. Sometimes I get so unsure of myself and it's hard to interview. Anyway, Horray!
--- IUD --- So I saw my PCP Wednesday last week (was listed on my previous blog) and had my OBGYN IUD visit Friday. That was so quick, a bit painful... but quick. For some reason however, I've been feeling worse and worse progressively. My legs have been cramping down the top and outter of my left thigh to my knee with intensity to the point I want to cry. I've been popping 600mg Ibuprofen. Spoke with a Triage nurse who said it's not the IUD causing this. I finally figured it might be stress about my biopsy. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary and I never have these types of cramps during my menstration or after any othe OBGYN visit. I've tried meditation to help calm down, bouncing my leg when it starts to cramp, and just trying to ignore it. It's still there, obviously, but at least it's not as constant. They also tell ya that you'll spot on the IUD, and can I tell you... I really dislike that. Makes me feel icky. In a word, I think that's it - ICKY.
--- Off Today --- Other than the fact I'm feeling ICKY, I called in today to spend a weekday with my family. My days off work are always jammed filled with appointments. You know, the normal mumbo jumbo of a real life. It would just be nice to veg and play, it'll take my mind of things to come and uncertainties. And I know, odd blog title but if you think about it... it fits.
Need to curl up with coffee and a blanket. Thanks for reading.
