I am greatful for my family. I am thankful for the job I have to support my children. I am greatful for the support I've received. I am greatful for my friendships and positive relationships.

We are working on therapy together. I have 2 sessions this coming Friday. I told HAP it has affected my work because of only having been there 2 days in the past 1.5wks. I am not angry anymore. I'm healing. I am ready to move forward for the better in my life and the lives of my children.

Communication with Jim is essential for the sake of the children and is helping me overcome my anger. I am an adult and I am choicing to get the help I need for a whole life revolution.
