3/22/2007 - Coldplay

Oh yes the words of coldplay.

I really like the coldplay song Fix You.

The lyrics goes like this-

When you try your best but you don't succeed
When you get what you want but not what you need
When you feel so tired but you can't sleep
Stuck in reverse.

And the tears come streaming down your face
When you loose something you can't replace
When you love someone but it goes to waste
Could it be worse?

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

And high up above or down below
When you're too in love to let it go
But if you never try you'll never know
Just what you're worth

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

Tears stream, down your face
When you lose something you cannot replace
Tears stream down your face
And I..

Tears stream, down your face
I promise you I will learn from the mistakes
Tears stream down your face
And I..

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you.

I was listening to some of their songs while I was

taking my dog for a walk around the rec park.

The weather is so nice here in NC. I keep looking

for things to take pictures of. Around this time of

year you can usually capture some really good sunsets.

From Nov to Feb everything is dull looking outside

until spring awakens and everything is beautiful again.

I love the feel of spring. The warm air and birds

Although it can be a pain sometimes when I am

trying to sleep in the morning but God's work is

great! It is amazing at how fast God can answer

prayers!

Well I am off to breathe in life.

Peace!

3/21/2007 - With Morning Blessings

On Waking Up

Each morning may I wake anew

With all my voices sleeping still

So that my soul is what I hear

And not the shrill command of will.

Each morning may I wake aware

Of all the blessings I can see-

How this day can be filled with

joy

Because my world is inside of me.

Each morning may I wake up assured

That I have all the strength I need

To stop reacting to my fears

And let my Spirit take the lead.

-Celia Strauss

Open My Eyes

Dead God,

Open my eyes to the beauty of this day.

The yellow of an egg yolk in a blue bowl.

The scent of bacon frying in the pan.

The soft caress of the morning breeze.

The sound of children at play.

Awaken my senses.

Let me see, hear and feel the beauty

around me

And be aware of the presence of the

Great Artist in my everyday world.

-William Webber

3/20/2007 - Music Player

Just when a caterpillar

thought life was over, it became a butterfly.

I am pink as a cloud today. I found a neat music player for my space page.

You know who it is? Betty Boop! I added all of my favorite songs and

videos. Check it out on my space page-

http://www.myspace.com/countrygal_cc

My space has been keeping me pretty busy here lately.

I can't break away from it but I need to for a little bit.

I need to enjoy my time off in other ways too but My Space

keeps calling me. It looks like it is going to rain outside but

we aren't supposed to get much rain today maybe a 30

percent chance. Maybe the sun willl shine some but I

doubt it off to the clouds we go.

Poem of the Day:

A Dream

Poem lyrics of A Dream by Edgar Allan Poe.

In visions of the dark night
I have dreamed of joy departed
But a waking dream of life and light
Hath left me broken-hearted.

Ah! what is not a dream by day
To him whose eyes are cast
On things around him with a ray
Turned back upon the past?

That holy dream - that holy dream,
While all the world were chiding,
Hath cheered me as a lovely beam
A lonely spirit guiding.

What though that light, thro' storm and night,
So trembled from afar
What could there be more purely bright
In Truth's day-star?

3/19/2007 - Bacon And Eggs

I am not sure if I will ever eat bacon and eggs again. Sunday morning I fixed a nice plate

of eggs and bacon. When I sat down to eat it is like someone took their hand and the whole

plate flipped over on the floor so I couldn't eat my breakfast the only thing that didn't fall on

the floor was my bread. Dwayne was turning through the tv channels and a preacher was on

one channel at the bottom of the screen it said the bread of life. Dwayne told me the Lord

didn't want me to eat the bacon. A couple of years ago I got choked on bacon.

I have been on my space a lot here lately and I found some cool friends on there.

I love this site and friend I found. Her name is Mallory Stroop. The link to her page

is-

http://www.myspace.com/fearofsouls

Check it out. She has some neat poems on there and pics.

Poem of the Day:

A Drop Fell On The Apple Tree

Poem lyrics of A Drop Fell On The Apple Tree by Emily Dickinson.

A drop fell on the apple tree
Another on the roof;
A half a dozen kissed the eaves,
And made the gables laugh.

A few went out to help the brook,
That went to help the sea.
Myself conjectured, Were they pearls,
What necklaces could be!

The dust replaced in hoisted roads
The birds jocoser sung;
The sunshine threw his hat away,
The orchards spangles hung.

The breezes brought dejected
And bathed them in the glee;
The East put out a single flag,
And signed the fete away.

3/18/2007 - Husband And Two Of My Poems

Like sands through an hourglass so are

the days of our lives.

My husband and I were talking today. I found out a neat fact about

him. When my husband was born his dad was pulling power lines

putting them on poles and his mom went into labor with him she

went to Wesser Creek and got Mrs. Dills and Mrs. Dills took

her to Bryson City. I thought that was neat to know. We went

and seen his mom and dad, and we spent about 4 hours with them

today. My husband's sisters came over too and talked with us.

It was a cold day today. I am recording my husband some songs

because he wants him some music that way when he comes home

I will hear his music all the way in the yard. Off to a Monday tomorrow

and my husband will have to go back to work. I sure will miss him.

I am enjoying my time with him on weekends while it lasts until

May 3 when I will have to go back to work. I love him lots. I baked

him a cake today :-) Well off to go to work on my space page.

http://www.myspace.com/countrygal_cc

I wrote two poems today:

Poem: Believe

Beautiful sunset.
Cherished wind.
Fragrance loved.
Heaven sent.
The world today
an angel's wing.
Flying high.
The love God brings.

Life a journey through time.
Faith a sacred thought divine.
Signed in the book of life.
Names a reminder of who
we are.

Follow the cross
and forever hold grace.
Read the Bible.
Believe in God's face.

Beautiful rain
silent glowing through
the mist of a cloud.
Prayers to Jesus
forever found.

Beautiful sunset.
Beautiful rain.
Beautiful days.
God's amazing grace.
Believe that's the
best choice to approve
the human spirit
Heaven's eternity road.

Poem: River of Tears

Why do you defy God
or walk away with his
left hand?
Your eyes
are closed because you're
ashamed of the end.

Years that you didn't believe
in God.
Your angel standing beside you
when your mother died.
Holding a lot of anger inside
when God was there in your room
you hid
and deceived the name of God to believe.

There are a lot of things that we can do
in life but most of all we must know the
words in red Jesus Christ.
When death takes the ones we love
we turn away
and cry to the sacred earth.

Facing all the heartache
and despair in the end it is
Jesus who really cares.
He takes care of us
through all the trials and pain.
Walk to glory.
In flesh you may cry but
in spirit we must all die.
Jesus is beside of you
end this troubled heart
and begin a new.

3/17/2007 - Sanem Doll

http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a140/countrygal_cc/sanem.jpg

gothic doll yea for sure but it is very cool :-)

I brought a sanem doll home with me today. It is the most coolest doll you have ever seen.

I couldn't pass it up. I saw it last weekend at a store in Sylva, NC. Me and Dwayne went

back into the store this weekend and I simply couldn't pass Sanem up. It was the last doll

they had. I am just going to go ahead and keep her in her box though. She is a little apple

doll. The site where you can see some of the dolls is www.littleappledolls.com also you

can find some of them on ebay too. The Little Apple Dolls site is a very nice site to go into.

Sanem-

In the land of the living Sanem grew from the ground like flowers do. From her home in

the Queen of all gallows: The Blood Tree, she sang the most beautiful songs that caused all

who heard her to become lost in themselves. When they awoke from the spell that was

her song a grim surprise lay in wait. It was not long before Sanem, The Blood Tree and

the ones who worshiped them received a deadly gift of their own...

Went to my aunt Pam's house today. She played some relaxing music from Mind, Body,

and Soul plus she had a neat book too from Mind, Body, and Soul. We mostly talked

about the bible. She knows so much about it. I am just starting out at reading the bible

but I plan on reading the whole thing. I try to remember and keep track of what I read.

I love it. I am closer to Jesus then I ever will be. I turned to Psalm 14 it's just what I

needed to read after watching yesterday the show Beyond Death because of what

some people said on there bothered me saying after you die that's it.

Psalm of the day

Psalm 14

The fool hath said in his heart

There is no God. They are corrupt,

they have done abominable works,

there is none that doeth good.

The Lord looked down from

heaven upon the children of men,

to see if there were any that did

understand, and seek God.

They are all gone aside, they

are all together become filthy:

there is none that doeth good, no,

not one.

Have all the workers of inquity

no knowledge? who eat up people

as they eat bread, and call not

upon the Lord.

They were they in great fear:

for God is in the generation

of the righteous.

Ye have shamed the counsel

of the poor, because the Lord

is the refuge.

Oh that the salvation of Israel

were come out of Zion! when the

Lord bringth back the captivity

of his people, Jacob shall rejoice,

and Israel shall be glad.

Thank you Lord for the bible!!!!

My aunt Pam is about 54 years old and she has been reading the bible since she was 9.

I am just starting out and I am 31 but I plan on reading all of it. My aunt Pam told me

to turn to Revelation 21 A new heaven and earth. The wall it was of Jasper and the

city was pure gold like unto clear glass.

And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner

of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper, the second, sapphire,

the third, a chalcedony, the fourth, an emerald.

The fifth, sardonyx, the sixth, sardius, the seventh, chrysolyte, the

eighth, beryl, the ninth, a topaz, the tenth, a chrysoprasus, the eleventh,

a jacinth, the twelfth, an amethyst.

The twelve gates were twelve pearls.

At times you find when you pray to God he talks back to you this

may be God or it could be an angel that God sends either way God

is with us at all times.

Also my fish is still alive and God took care of that. I asked God to

let my fish live. God can do so many good things. In life day by day

it is a hard task but I think the best book on earth would be the

bible.

3/16/2007 - Beyond Death

I got up this morning and turned on the tv. Something caught my eye on the biography channel.

The show is called Beyond Death. As I sit here watching my fighting fish in his bowl struggling

to live I can't think of any possible way to save him. I just hate seeing a fish suffer. I am not

sure what has happened to him. He seemed to be fine until I got him out with my net to clean

his bowl the other day. The net is kinda big for the bowl and through my mind I keep thinking

did I hurt this fish? I think fighting fish are hard to keep. I had another fighting fish about a year

ago I watched him suffer to his death. He suffered for a whole week. I wanted to flush him

down the toilet to put him out of his misery but I didn't. God makes beautiful things it makes

you wonder does everything have a soul? I would like to think that cats and dogs does but

I don't think fish does. I look at this fish of mine, I keep looking hoping he will live. It is just

like life we don't know when tomorrow is our last. Sometimes I do slip but once our tomorrow

is gone and there is life after death we sure better be ready to meet God. On this show I was

telling you guys about Beyond Death they talked about out of body experiences, ghosts, and

reincarnation. You have the skeptics that doesn’t believe in anything but death which seems crazy

in my book. People that goes through operations that has had a flat line talked about their out of

body experience. They talked about meeting loved ones and the tunnel. Also kids as young as

three years old drew a picture of what their out of body experience meant to them when

they were approaching death. I have had a out of body experience but I wasn't under any

doctor's care or anything like that. It was in 2000 I was laying in the bed and I didn't want

to open my eyes. I felt myself in a peaceful wind. The whole time I didn't open my eyes until

I was afraid I was dying because I saw myself looking down at my body smiling. I asked

myself am I dying? I opened my eyes fast because I didn't want to die and nothing else happened.

That is the only out of body experience I have ever had. When I saw myself over my body it was

the same person as me only see through like.  I am the kind of person that is afraid of death. I also have seen ghosts before

but just one time around Feb 2001 after a long hard rain at about 2 am in the morning I had stayed

up writing poems and not long after when I laid down I saw a fog appear in the hall and two children

looked to be about 5 appeared at the end of the fog in the living room we had a couch where the

children were standing and both of the children went around the couch. I heard the springs on the

couch move. They must have jumped up on the couch. The boy had short sandy hair and was wearing

a red and white shirt, blue shorts. The girl had her hair up and was wearing a dress. I just saw her

from behind but the boy I saw from the side and he was smiling. It is a moment I will never forget.

I was totally wide awake when I saw this. I still see the children clear as day in my mind. I think

the trailer that we was staying in was haunted. There is no question in my mind. I don't believe in

reincarnation though once you die you either go to Heaven or Hell. This is what I believe.

On the Beyond Death show there was one guy that was talking about what it was like when he

had his dark out of body experience he was buried alive he said.   We have an angel around us right now. It is good

to read the Bible and believe in the Lord to be on the safe side you better go this path because once

you reach eternity there is never no going back!

Poem of the Day:

I Speak Of My Father

By: Sal Treppiedi

http://www.freewebs.com/burquepoet/

I speak of my father
degrees of appreciation and contempt varying
as I have passed from boy to manhood

I speak of my father
understanding his definition of love
differed from my needs

He was the bread winning workaholic
defined by his job descriptions
we never lacked for material necessities
my father he never comprehended
the necessity of emotion

Unless that emotion was anger
Then it flowed like beer at the corner bar
And there was a round for everyone

My father never taught me to ride a bike
we never played catch
never had the talk about the birds and the bees
never taught me how drive
or fix a leaky faucet
or repair a broken heart

But I am my father’s son
an immigrant’s son
first generation American born
conceived in Sicily
raised in America

My father demonstrated there is more to a name
than the curvature of letters
I am proud to carry his name

I believe I am the man I am
Because of all my father taught me
Both implicit and explicit
I have learned equally
from that which he did
And that which he neglected

family is individuals
who must divide to find their individuality
my father believed family was one
individuality made the family look bad
I couldn’t wait to leave
to fly
my father taught me to fly

My father never held me as a baby
Nor does he hug me
But he showed me his love by
providing
security
rules
boundaries

my father taught me love is
not based on your economic status

my mother loved my father
he flowered her with affection
affected her with his kiss
kissed her into silent seduction
seduced her with European charm
charmed her with little things
my mother loved my father
my father taught me how
to love a woman

my father taught me strength
he showed me weakness by never revealing his

I speak of my father in beautiful anger
through lips expelling
equal parts scorn and
I love you

I am strength
I am weakness
I am love
I am pain

I am the intertwining of all he is not
everything I want to be
all that I despise

I am his successes
His failures to succeed
His successful failures

I am my father’s son

3/15/2007 - Laid Off Day

Well I must say I am thankful to be laid off from my job. I go

back May 3rd Yes!!!! Plus getting taxes back helped cover

for the time off. Thank you Lord. I just am so tired here lately.

I need a break.I have been meaning to sit down and watch

Abbott and Costello but I have been a busy bee on My Space.

I have though been listening to Blues music. I bought some really

good Blues cds off of BMG Music. I go for the cds that are on

sale the $2.99 ones. Let's just say life is a box of cheese and

I do mean cheese. I love eating cheese. Too much of it!!!!!!

I was pink as a cloud today I stopped by the local library

and saw my poetry book Shade of the Moon Cross on the

shelf in the poetry section plus the guy that works at the

local Post Office bought my second book Beyond the Grave

from me today. I was happy inside. Every now and then

I will sale a book but not often. Everybody wants a piece

of the pie when it comes to writing and the best way to

go with reading poetry is online. I am sitting here listening

to it rain outside in a bit I need to read my bible.

Night and catch you all next time... Peace love Peace!!!!!
