COLUMBUS " The stage is being set at the Ohio Statehouse for a battle over how much the four casinos in Cincinnati, Toledo, Cleveland and Columbus will be forced to pay in taxes to the state.The latest version of the pending state budget bill says the casinos will have to pay the solvent Activities Tax on all the money wagered.
