Some binding spells can cause physical manifestations. You feel as if invisible strands of hair or thin strings are wrapped around you. You can't see them but you can feel them and nothing you do can make that sensation stop. Here is a way to dispel a binding. Cut a bit of your own hair and set it in a small bowl. Light 3 candles, 1 red, 1 white and 1 green. In a fire safe bowl or incense brazier, light a piece of charcoal and add some myrrh, patchouli and sandalwood incense (powdered kind not cone or stick). Take a sterile needle or pin and prick your right index finger. Squeeze three drops of blood into the smoldering incense. As you drop the hair onto the lit incense repeat these words: With blood, candle and scent times three No longer shall this binding be Free to live and free to soar Let me leave the house once more. As I burn this hair, a part of me Let my heart and soul be free! This next part is optional. If not used, simply skip a head and close the spell with the last line. For those who cast this wicked spell Binding me within this shell I send to them this well-earned curse Let their evil spell reverse! Teach them mercy and love's sweet gift Once learned, this simple spell shall lift. As is my will, so mote it be! Let the incense burn out and scatter the ashes outside. Lifting the binding spell should take care of the problem. Keep an eye on those around you. Someone who wished you ill will start to experience the torment they put you through. Once they understand that what they did was wrong, then the sensation will fade and they will be back to normal.

Note: This spell cannot be turned and there is no spell that will rebind the person once unbound. Their power will come back; their body will be free. I would not try to make a spell to undo this; there is no spell which will achieve this and people that try have been bound themselves as a result. It should also be noted that and this spell does not help those who become bound as a result of trying to break it. Needs: Two White candles Two Black candles Movements: Take the person that bind and place him on his or her back looking up. Place the two black candles at his feet and the two whites at his head. Light them and then start the spell. Spell: I call on the gods and goddesses of the old days as well of those of the new. Break this spell that they call a binding with your power. Gods of light move about this man or woman's body. Allow your power to break the holds on him or her. Goddesses come down and wake his or her body. Allow the power that you have given this person to be woken. I call on the East gate. Break the binding spell that was placed on this person. Let it be removed for good. Do not allow a spell of binding be placed on he or she that is before me. Movements: Place your hands to his or her chest and speak once more Continuation of Spell: Gods and Goddesses and the East gate, help me within my workings. Allow your power to move within my hands and allow the binding that was put upon my friend to be removed and never to come within him again may he live or die. I call on the gate to the West, the element of water, to fill these hands and moves within this body to allow the walls that hold him or her fall. I call on the gate of the South, the element of fire, come forth and burn these walls that hold him or her from awaking and burn the walls that hold back his or her power. I call on the gate of the North, the element of earth, break the walls down with your power so my friend may awake as well his power. I call on the gate to the East, the element of air, to come and let the winds move air within my friend's body. Unlock the binding that was placed on my friend and awake his or her power and body to never be locked again. Movements: Move your hands down the sides of his or her body and say this. Spell Continues: O great gods and goddesses and the gates that hold the elements within, Send your power within my hands and break free my friend from this binding. I call on my friend; within your walls, break that which holds you. Open your body to my power and break the walls that hold you. Come to me, my friend. O great gods and goddesses do not allow the binding to work on this person any longer. The power of both sides, of the Light and Dark, Your onus is broken and you are free once more. As the day and night, so shall you be of both this day, and not just one. Movements: Back away once getting to his feet and don´t move close until you see the light of light come over him or her and then the light of Dark come over him then see his eyes move little. Then you may go to him or her to hold and help him.

first if you have a picture of this person use it if not then draw a likeness of her as close as possible and write her name over the top of it and lay it on a flat surface. take an egg and trace it around where you are binded all around put your energy toward transferring the binding into the egg. when that is done take the egg and trace the form of this woman and concentrate of transferring the binding from the egg into the form of this woman. trace it 13x in accord with what is the witching hour of 13 for the witches sabbath. now take the egg and tape the form of this woman onto the egg and hold it for 24 hours. when the 24 hours are up retrieve the egg with the picture attached to it lay it on a flat surface. now crack the egg over the picture so the juice from the egg covers the picture. use all your energy as you rub the juice from the egg over the entire picture of this woman again 13x think of transfering the binding into her entire body. when that is done take the juice from the egg put it in a pain and light the flame under the pan and say "with this fire may you forever be binded. the egg is the symbol of the soul and of life with this egg may you suffer your fate and it be sealed within you for always. now discard the remains of the egg and clean the pan. take a deep breath and say with this spell forever i shall be free my binding is now yours and so it shall remain for eternity.

On a night when the moon is in a waning phase, write your name and the name of your bewitched lover on the side of a white votive candle. Anoint the candle with Myrrh oil, light it and say:
"I BURN THIS CANDLE AS A TOKEN OF THE SPELL THAT BINDS OUR LOVE. LET THIS MAGICK NOW BE BROKEN BY THE POWER OF THE GODS ABOVE! SO MOTE IT BE!"
Allow the candle to burn itself out. After the wax has cooled and hardened, wrap it in a piece of white silk (or white cloth) wrap it tightly with a white ribbon, and then toss it into the *sea or into a river.
*Any moving body of water will do. If you wish you can also just flush the remains down the toilet (unwrapped), leave the room without looking back for at least an hour.*

Paper black Ink Pen Carnation, iris, violet, rose
Draw whatever it is you want to let go of on the piece of paper. Just something that represents the problem to you. Go to a river, creek, lake or other moving water. Hold the paper in your hands and say:
As this water moves and flows I release my bane and let it go.
Throw the paper in the running water and the flowers after it. Watch it until it disappears then turn and walk away don't look back.

You will need: A black box paper sea salt nine garlic cloves black ribbon
Write on the paper what you need to let go of then put it in the box with the salt and garlic on top. Focus on your sadness, if you cry, let your tears fall in the box. When you are ready put the lid on and wrap the ribbon around it tying off with nine knots. As you do this say "Goodbye Goodbye to the past that dwells here. Then bury the box at least three feet under a tree (first asking for the tree's permission - it's life force will transform the negativity in the box so that it will never affect you again). When you are finished, walk away without looking back.

This ritual is best performed at the beach, or in a park, or some other secluded wilderness spot. At the dark moon gather before you the following ingredients:
Rue Herb Wormwood Herb Shepherd's Purse Herb Sandalwood Incense charcoal & burner 2 wooden "dolly" pegs Length of red wood or cord Black candle
Dress the two wooden dolly pegs so that one represents you and one represents the person whom you wish to let go of. This ritual isn't about hurting anyone, you aren't making a voodoo doll, just a physical representation of yourself and the person you are going to release. Be creative with the pegs and add bits of cloth and other accessories to make them uniquely you. Tie the length of red cord around one peg and then tie the free end around the other peg so that they are joined. This represents the current bond between you.
Light your black candle and incense charcoal. Sprinkle a mixture of the Rue, Wormwood, Sandalwood and Shepherd's Purse on the charcoal. Call upon Atropis - the aspect of the Fates that cuts the cords - and ask for her guidance. Visualize how you will be when you are free of the bonds of this relationship. Will you be happier, more in control of your life. Will you have more freedom of choice to do things and say things? Clearly see how you and your life will be better. Hold the peg that represents you in your power hand (the hand you write with) and the peg representing the other person in the other hand. Pass them both through the smoke from the incense then hold them so the red cord is taut and place that over the flame so that it severs the bond.
Visualize Atropis with her big scissors cutting the bonds Between you both. Thank her for her guidance and blow out the candle. Gather your items together and as you leave, toss the peg representing the person you have let go off into the ocean or off a cliff, saying as you do "I have let you go, you are free to lead your own life, as I am free to live mine"....... walk away and don't look back.

Cast this spell on a Saturday, the day symbolizing death and endings. This spell will enable you to view the relationship as finished and get on with your new life. Hanging on to the past will itself be a thing of the past.
You will need: 1 yellow candle 2 sheets of parchment paper or hand made paper green ink 2 drops of essential rose oil 2 drops sandalwood oil a piece of green stone, jade or green glass 1 green candle heat resistant container
Cast a circle of protection. Light the yellow candle and repeat:
I allow (name of ex lover) to peacefully leave my life. I am glad that this is so
On the parchment, write down all your negative feelings about the ending of the relationship, all the injustices and wounds you felt were dealt. Do not hold back. Let your emotions bleed into the spell (figuratively speaking). Weep or wail if you wish, this is the time for grieving, and take as long as you must, when you have completed your grieving and calmed yourself, sprinkle the oils over the paper. Light the green candle and hold the parchment and glass or bead over the flame. Repeat three times: Let all fury, anger and despair depart my heart. (Name of ex) is free to leave my life. I now allow the winds of change to bring my good fortune to me.
Place the paper and glass (or which ever you used) into the heat resistant dish and allow it to burn down into ash. Feel the pain of the relationship burning away; allow the flames of anger to die down into embers, then ash. When cool enough to handle, take the ashes outside and scatter them into the wind. Take the glass keepsake to a body of moving water and throw it into its depths and do not look back. As an alternative, bury it deep in the earth, and do not look back. Allow the spell ten days to work. Grieving is never that easy.

"moon void" is when the moon is *between signs* as they relate to the astrological zodiac. This can last anywhere between just a few minutes to up to two days depending on planetary place. How this effects things?? on a mundane level One might find that this time is filled with frustrations, petty arguments, and petty annoyances. On a magickal level.....a slowing of magical results with possible mishap's. Personally, the only thing I've experienced with "moon void of course" as it applies to Workings I've done during this time is that the results are slower and they usually require a booster Working to re-enforce the original Working.

Some people are wooed by persistent would-be lovers, those who won't take no for an answer and who won't leave them alone. This is the ideal spell for such a situation. It should be done during the waning cycle of the Moon. Have a roaring fire going, then go outside and pick up two handfuls of dry vervain leaves (you can place them on the ground ahead of time, if necessary.) As you pick them up, shout out the name of the one you wish to be rid of. Turn and go into the house (or cross to the fire if this is all done out in the open) and fling leaves onto the fire with the words: Here is my pain; Take it and soar. Depart from me now And offend me no more. Do this for three nights in a row. You will hear no more from the unwanted ones.

This ritual is used to get someone out of your life that you just can't seem to get away from. You'll need: a string of hemp a small dish a red, black, gray or black candle with the wick removed a cut burnt through to the candle's center. Slip the hemp through the crevice in the candle, and, holding both ends of the string with one hand. Begin to burn through the center of the wax, where the crevice starts. Channel energy into the candle based on what negative things the source has given or done to you. Then, as the wax cascades into two pieces and the hemp burns through, visualize yourself and the other source like the wax. Two separate bodies. A regular circle needs to be cast for this ritual, and you have to make sure you want no ties with this person again when the ritual's through.

This is a spell for love gone wrong, for ending a personal, family or business relationship that you no longer wish to be in. It is a fire spell. To work it, gather herbs of protection and an image of the person (photograph, poppet, etc.) Something written in their own hand, a lock of hair, a piece of clothing or a personal object will also do. Put everything into a fireproof container - iron cauldron, marble mortar, whatever - and set fire to it as you perform the spell. It should make a very satisfactory blaze that reduces to ashes. The ashes can be buried or washed down a drain. Flush them down a toilet if you are very angry. Dispose of all the objects that connect you to the person: gifts, letters, photographs, etc. It is especially important to get rid of jewelry. Move house if you have to. Be careful with this spell. It's permanent, so don't use it unless you really mean forever. By the crimson and the gold by basilisk and bloodstone by the garlic in the fields by the poppies and what they yield invisibly I make my shield to detect thee and deflect thee and keep thy harm from me. By dragon's blood and salamanders by horses when their hooves strike sparks by the dragon breathing flames from the Book of Life I erase thy names I cut the cords and unlock the chains I sever all the ties by which we were bound and with impenetrable walls myself I surround against thy power and its source against thy evil and its source Vesta, Pele, Lilith Kali Kali Kali I banish thee forever from me and any harm from thee to me doubles back and tables turned thou shalt by thyself be burned Lilith, Vesta, Pele Kali Ma Kali Ma by the power of three times three I banish thee, I banish thee, I banish thee I am set free So mote it be!

Focus your thoughts on the person you want to no longer have feelings for. Think of all the reasons of yours & traits of theirs that you can, to back up your decision. Write this person's name on a small slip of paper. Cross out the name with deliberation. Say: You no longer hold a special place in my heart. You are not the right person for me. I will bury my feelings for you here & make a fresh start. Bury this bit of paper & all your feelings about this person outside under a waning moon.

The following is an effective and simple spell to encourage the end of a relationship if you are no longer interested in the person as a lover. a black candle a white candle salt, water dragon's blood incense and a picture of the person you wish to end the relationship with. It also helps if you have something of theirs (a ring, watch, etc. that they will wear at a later time, and wear often). Arrange all these items on a table or altar somewhere quiet that you will not be disturbed. Write your name and his side by side on a piece of paper. Before casting this spell, it is important that you realize the meaning behind the various things involved. Each item represents something, and all four elements (earth, air, fire and water) are also represented. (1) The white candle represents good will, as you do not wish the person any harm, you are just no longer interested in a lover's relationship with them. (2) The black candle represents 'ending' or 'finality'. This signifies the ending of the relationship as it currently is. ** Both candles represent the element of fire. The dragon's blood incense represents the element air. The bowl of water represents the element of water. The salt sprinkled around your table represents the element of earth. The picture and personal items from the person help you to concentrate on the person, and the item that they might wear later will further infuse them with the power of the spell. To cast the spell: Light the candles and incense, going around the table from North to West to South to East (this represents diminishment or decrease, and you wish to decrease the love binding you and your boyfriend/girlfriend.) Cast a circle, paying tribute to the lord/lady/dragon/guardian of each of the watchtowers, again going from NWSE in direction. Repeat the following chant 3 times, and on the third time tear the paper that you've written your names on in half. "O fire and flame of candle dark, I call your power to free his/her heart. As I tear this paper with our names inscribed, separate his/her (name) love from me apart. Bring to him/her not one ounce of charm, but fall him/her to another's charms. Nevermore as lovers shall we two be, but forever in friendship may we meet. As I will it, so mote it be." Take the two pieces of paper with the names, and burn yours in the flame of the white candle, and burn his/hers in the flame with the black candle - when they burn down far enough that you can't hold them any longer, drop them in the bowl of water. Ground the power and close the circle! This is very important. I usually do this by turning my palms downward and saying "Circle open, but not broken - power down, to the ground". The spell is finished, except that you must allow both the white and black candles to burn completely down(I like to use votive candles for this reason, so they don't have to burn so long). If you like, you can take a small silk purse or felt bag and place the burnt pieces of paper, ashes from the incense, salt from the table or altar's surface, and a few drops of water from the bowl in the bag and keep it until you are certain the spell has worked. It also works well if you write the spell on parchment paper, sprinkle some of the ashes on the paper then fold it so none of the ashes can fall out and seal the fold of the paper with wax dripped from both candles.

Small issues can be handled in a magic circle, larger issues may need a full ritual. Think carefully about which is best for the situation. Needed : 2 black candles, a long black ribbon, black gloves, scissors, cauldron containing small amounts of alcohol and a silver bell. Cleanse and consecrate all the items, and dress the candles (to send negative energy away from you), then light the candles. Hold each end of the ribbon and name the ends. Pass the silver bell over the alter several times until you feel you are in tune with the Universal energies of love and peace. Anger is not a luxury afforded to you in the situation. Put the black gloves on and say: 'I call upon the energies of Universal balance I call upon the ancient energies of my people I call upon the living energies of the Morrigan Underworld and heaven Land and sea, I awaken these energies unto me. Witness now that I renounce and sever Break bonds and connections with ________ By all the powers that are One Power May the great sisters of Karma now weave anew and separate me from you As I will, so mote it be' Cut the ribbon and say: 'It is so.' Light the cauldron, and burn both the pieces of ribbon.

To discover a hidden truth, draw upon a piece of paper an upright triangle with an eye in its center. At the center of the eye inscribe the Os rune (F), which is the rune of Odin, the one-eyed god of magic. Think hard of the person you believe to be withholding the truth from you as you press this charm to your heart, and say: One-eye watches from his seat, Fire-eye burns the liar's cheek. Keep the charm with you, and the next time you meet the person you suspect of lying, ask the question on your mind. You will know whether the answer is true of false

Evoking spirits of any kind can be a dangerous hobby. These spirits have talents of their own and whether they are considered evil or not, sometimes one might want to call upon them for a specific purpose. Each one having an area of expertise.
The Angelic entities are the most beneficial ones a person can work with. They are more willing to help with a task. They are the keepers of the universal order and they possess great powers in the areas that they oversee. They can never advance from their position of current spiritual level. They are what they are.
**You can upon Kether if you wish a close attunement with your higher self. You can call upon Binah if you wish to kill bad habits. Or Chesed if you wish to acquire great riches and want to know how to rule wisely.
**Warning: One should never underestimate the power of these beings. Entities from this realm could make a person very happy, BUT one must be careful not to abuse their powers. Greed is not looked upon kindly by Higher Powers, and one should try to ask for only what is really needed.
Then you have the Elementary Spirits. Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. They can teach you things and help you out, but again, these guys can be quite dangerous. Especially the water spirits. Water Undines can bring great peace to a household, but they also possess such great beauty that many become infatuated with them and end up just sitting there staring at them and try to stay as long as possible, which 3 to 4 days later...you get the idea.
**No matter how attractive and enticing a spirit may be, it is still just that, a spirit.
There are Demonic beings that one could call for a task. But these guys are hard to control. While they are able to, the last thing they want to do is help a person of the Light to perform anything. They also lie and the chances of recieving false information or weak results are increased when working with demons. Not to mention the influences that they may bestow upon a person if they have their own adgenda.
**Some demons, or what some would consider demons at first glance by their appearances...are not actually demons. Goetics such as Astaroth, is actually a thinly disguised godform of the Mesopotamian Goddess Astarte. This particular spirit performs useful tasks such as healings and can teach you things such as Science and Languages. These guys are also easy to command. Beauty is in the beholder kinda of thing.
Godforms are beings of Incredible power and should only be evoked under the most extreme circumstances. You should really invoke them instead of evoking them. What's cool about these guys is that they'll only allow you to experience enough of their power that you can handle depending on your own experience levels.
Then you have the Olympian entities. The energies they rule correspond to the seven magical planets. These guys deal with personal alchemy, in other words, they don't turn lead into gold but rather the transformation of oneself into a more spiritual being.
Then you got your Egregores. Whether they were created intentionally or UN-intentionally, they've arrived by being brought in to serve as guardians or energy sources for specific magical workings. Depending on how they were created, some WILL become dangerous if left in the physical plane. These guys, you would give them a task and then send them away back to where ever they came from. They'll just wonder around causing trouble otherwise. Unless you've created what you call 'group egregores' that feeds you a constant energy current. THESE are the ones that people can bring about not knowing what they're doing, the UN-intentional ones...these are the forgery enities that people can make real by believing in them. That's the real danger. They come from the mental plane and that's where they go back to when they are banished.
Now the Astral beings are something else. These beings are deceptively clever entities that have access to the Akashic Hall of Records. This is a realm where all the knowledge in the universe is accessible. Occasionally, instead of contacting the entity you are trying to summon, you may end up contacting an astral being that could pretend to be the one you are looking for. They could answer several questions put to them and could easily fool the unprepared.

Lucifer is a (Any dialect of the language of ancient Rome) Latin word derived from two words, lux (light; genitive lucis) and ferre (to bear, to bring), meaning light-bearer. Helel signifies the planet (Type genus of the family Veneridae: genus of edible clams with thick oval shells) Venus, and ben-shachar means "the brilliant one, son of the morning", to whose mythical fate that of the King of Babylon is compared in the prophetic vision. The Jewish Encyclopedia reports that "it is obvious that the prophet in attributing to the Babylonian king boastful pride, followed by a fall, borrowed the idea from a popular legend connected with the morning star". Isaiah 14 starts out discussing the King of (The chief city of ancient Mesopotamia and capitol of the ancient kingdom of Babylonia) Babylon, and the reference "morning star, son of the dawn" originally applied specifically to that king's pride: 14:4 that thou shalt take up this parable against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!... 14:10 All they shall answer and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us? 14:11 Thy pomp is brought down to Sheol, [and] the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and worms cover thee. 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O day-star, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, that didst lay low the nations!
The compilers of the (Click link for more info and facts about Jewish Encyclopedia) Jewish Encyclopedia note that Isaiah was drawing on some star-myth familiar to his hearers for his passing image, and they suggest a comparison with the Greek star-myth of (Large open car seating four with folding top) Phaëton, who suffered for his (Overbearing pride or presumption) hubris.

The Helel-Lucifer myth was transferred to Satan in the 1st century BC, as may be learned from Vita Adæ et Evæ (12), where the Adversary gives Adam an account of his early career, and the Slavonic (Click link for more info and facts about Book of Enoch) Book of Enoch (xxix. 4, xxxi. 4), where Satan-Sataniel (Samael?) is also described as a former archangel. Because he contrived "to make his throne higher than the clouds over the earth and resemble 'My power' on high", Satan-Sataniel was hurled down, with his hosts of angels, and since then he has been flying in the air continually above the abyss. "Lucifer" in Roman poetry "Lucifer" is a poetic name for the "morning star", a close translation of the Greek eosphoros, the "Dawn-bringer", which appears in the (A long wandering and eventful journey) Odyssey and in (Greek poet whose existing works describe rural life and the genealogies of the gods and the beginning of the world (eighth century BC)) Hesiod's (The study of the origins and genealogy of the gods) Theogony.

And similarly, in (Roman poet remembered for his elegiac verses on love (43 BC - AD 17)) Ovid: (An atmospheric phenomenon consisting of bands of light caused by charged solar particles following the earth's magnetic lines of force) Aurora, watchful in the reddening dawn, threw wide her crimson doors and rose-filled halls; the Stars took flight, in marshalled order set by (Lighter consisting of a thin piece of wood or cardboard tipped with combustible chemical; ignites with friction) Lucifer, who left his station last."

A more effusive poet, like (Click link for more info and facts about Statius) Statius, can expand this (Language used in a figurative or nonliteral sense) trope into a brief but profuse (An expressive style that uses fictional characters and events to describe some subject by suggestive resemblances; an extended metaphor) allegory, though still this is a poetical personification of the Light-Bearer, not a mythology: "And now (An atmospheric phenomenon consisting of bands of light caused by charged solar particles following the earth's magnetic lines of force) Aurora, rising from her (Click link for more info and facts about Mygdonian) Mygdonian resting-place had scattered the cold shadows from the high heaven, and shaking the dew-drops from her hair blushed deep in the sun’s pursuing beams; toward her through the clouds rosy Lucifer turns his late fires, and with slow steed leaves an alien world, until the (Click link for more info and facts about fiery father’s orb) fiery father’s orb be full replenished and he forbid his sister to usurp his rays."
Statius, Thebaid 2.134 Lucifer in the Christian tradition Jerome, with the Septuagint close at hand and a general familiarity with the pagan poetic traditions, translated Helel as "Lucifer". Much of Christian tradition also draws on interpretations of Revelation 12:5 ("He was thrown down, that ancient serpent"; see also 12:7 and 12:100) in equating the ancient serpent-god with the serpent in the (A beautiful garden where Adam and Eve were placed at the Creation; when they disobeyed and ate the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil they were driven from their paradise (the fall of man)) Garden of Eden and the fallen star, Lucifer, with Satan. In the Vulgate, the word lucifer is used elsewhere: it describes the Morning Star (the planet (Type genus of the family Veneridae: genus of edible clams with thick oval shells) Venus), the "light of the morning" (Job 11:17); the "signs of the zodiac" (Job 38:32) and "the aurora" (Psalm 108:3). WHO AND WHAT IS THE DAEMON? The most important injunction on the spiritual path of the ancient Mysteries was ascribed over the sanctuary of Apollo at Delphi: Gnothi Seauton" "Know Thy Self." The initiates of the ancient Mysteries were after Gnosis, which meant the knowledge of self knowledge, the knowledge of the “Who Am I??. They used to say: “Whoever has not known himself has known nothing, but he who has known himself has at the same time already achieved Gnosis about the depth of all things. In an early Christian Gnostic book entitled the Testimony of Truth, Jesus advises a disciple to become "a disciple of his own higher mind," and continues to say that one’s higher mind is "the father of Truth." Elsewhere, The Gnostic sage Silvanus encourages his disciples in this way: “Knock on yourself as upon a door and walk upon yourself as on a straight road. For, if you walk on the road, it is impossible for you to go astray. Open the door for yourself so that you may know what is.? But what is the Self? The ancient sages taught that every human being has a mortal lower self, called the eidolon and an immortal Higher Self (Soul) called the DAEMON. The eidolon is the embodied self, the physical body, and ego personality. The Daemon is the Spirit, the true Self, which is each person's spiritual connection to God. The Mysteries were designed to help initiates realize that one’s eidolon is a false self and that one’s true identity is the immortal Daemon. From the eidolon's point of view the Daemon appears to be an independent Guardian Angel. Disciples and seekers who still identify with the eidolon, therefore, do not experience the Daemon as their own true Self, but as a spirit guide, whose job it is to lead them to their spiritual destination " hence it is a separate entity that entices them to advance and awake to their true essence. Plato teaches: "We should think of the most authoritative part of the Soul as a Guardian given by God which lifts us to our heavenly home."
The Gnostic sages of the past taught exactly the same Mystery doctrine. Valentinus, a gnostic sage who lived in Alexandria explains that a person receives Gnosis from their Guardian Angel, or Daemon but that this angelic being is actually the seeker's own Higher Self or Soul. In ancient Egypt the Daemon had for millennia been pictured as a Heavenly Twin of the eidolon. This image is also found in Gnosticism. The Gnostic sage Mani was said to have been conscious of having a protecting angel from the age of four and, at aged 12, to have realized it was his Heavenly Twin, whom he called the "most beautiful and largest mirror image of my own person. " In the gnostic version of The Acts of John, John observes that Jesus sometimes held conversations with a Heavenly Twin who descended to join him: He says: “When all of us, his disciples, were sleeping in one house at Gennesaret, I alone, having wrapped myself up, watched from under my garment what he did; and first I heard him say, "John, go thou to sleep," and thereupon I pretended to be asleep; and I saw another like unto him come down, whom I also heard saying to my Lord, "Jesus, do the ones that you have chosen still not believe in you?" And my Lord said, " You say well, for they are men." As a comment, we could faintly enter into the mystery of the two complementary aspects of our pure Being, and understand the real meaning of the mystery of Jesus Christ …in other words what the Acts of John is hinting…which is the TWIN aspects of the One and unique Essence of Being. Hence the One Essence projects a part of Itself into the world of duality and seems to become two - A part incarnating as the consciousness of divinity in human beings " this means that the initiate becomes a pure reflection and mirror “Jesus? in which the part of himself that never incarnates appears…that is the Presence of the Christ Consciousness… a level of consciousness that goes beyond the world of creation and duality. The Pistis Sophia relates a charming myth of the child Jesus meeting his own Heavenly Twin for the first time. His mother Mary recalls: “When you were a child, before the Spirit had descended upon you, when you were in the vineyard with Joseph, the Spirit came down from the height, and came unto me in the house, like unto thee, and I knew Him not, but thought that he was you. And he said unto me, "Where is Jesus, my brother, that I may go to meet him?" Mary relates to Jesus that when his Twin finally found him, "He embraced you and kissed you, and you also did kiss him and you became one and the same being." The goal of Gnostic initiation was, likewise, to bring the lower self into union with the Higher Self or Soul, for it is when they are made one that enlightenment occurs. Irenaeus relates that the Gnostic "believes himself to be neither in heaven nor on earth, but to have embraced his Guardian Angel." The great Gnostic master Valentinus writes: When the human self and the divine "I" are interconnected they can achieve perfection and eternity. THE UNIVERSAL DAEMON 'The quest for Self-knowledge leads the ancient or Gnostic initiate on a remarkable journey of discovery. At first initiates experience themselves as the eidolon, the embodied personality, and see the Daemon as a Guardian Angel or Heavenly Twin. The more mature initiate, experiences the Daemon as a higher manifestation of their own Higher Self or Soul. To those blessed with the final vision of complete Self-knowledge or Gnosis, the Daemon is found to be more awesome still. It truly is the "divine I,? the Essence that has no appearance and yet takes all kinds of appearances in the world of creation. Valentinus puts it like this: “Although it appears as if each person has their own Daemon or Higher Self, the enlightened initiate discovers that actually on the axial Pole of Being there is one Daemon shared by all"a universal Self, which inhabits every being. Each Soul is a part of the one Soul of God. To know oneself therefore is to know God. These mystical teachings are found both in the ancient Mysteries of Egypt, Greece and in the early Gnostic Christianity. In the ancient Mysteries the initiates used to say: "I am Thou, and Thou art I" and it can also be found in the Gnostic text of the Pistis Sophia and in the New Testament in Gospel of John, we read: " I in Thou, and Thou in me." (I in you and you in me.) The Pagan sage Sextus writes: "If you would know Him by whom you were made, you would know yourself." Similarly, the Christian philosopher Clement writes: "It is the greatest of all disciplines to know oneself; for when a man knows himself, he knows God." Clement taught his Christian initiates to "practice being God" and that the true Gnostic had "already met God. Gnostic means "Knower," but it is not some piece of spiritual information that Gnostic initiates know. They “know? because it is their Higher Self that Knows… Hence they are conscious that they are not the ones who know, the ones who experience, it is the Soul, the Higher Self within, the divine "I," the Daemon who KNOWS! The Daemon communes on the Axial Pole of Being " the Pole of pure Consciousness. The true Gnostic, like the enlightened initiate of the ancient Mysteries, discovers that the Daemon is actually the one Soul of the Universe " the pure level of Consciousness that inhabits each one of us. According to the ancient Gnostic sages who have traversed the path of Self-knowledge and reached enlightenment, when, we finally discover who we are, we discover that there is only one Perfect Being, one God. (some parts of this article are taken from the book of T. Freke & P.Gandy "the Jesus Mysteries" ) However, I have added my own way of experiencing the Daemon... Bath Salts Recipe
Bath Salts are an easily prepared alternative to bath herbs, and are to be preferred to the mixtures now on the market; most of these chemical-ridden formulas are almost guaranteed to irritate your skin. Bath salts are used for many different purposes, and they make great gifts too. The basic ingredients are table salt, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) & Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate). Some herbalists also use borax. Add the salts to a large bowl in these proportions: 3 parts Epsom salts 2 parts baking soda 1 part table salt (or borax) Essential (scented, herbal/floral) Oils *Tip: try it with vanilla extract Mix thoroughly using your hands to stir the ingredients. This is now the base from which you can create a wide variety of bath salts. It is wise to add colors to bath salts. Use plain food coloring for this purpose, letting it fall drop by drop onto the salt base. If two or more colors are required to mix an exotic hue (such as purple), mix these in a spoon first and then add to the salts to avoid creating a two-toned product, unless of course, you plan on a two or three tone salt. Add many drops for a darker colored salt; fewer for a lightly hued salt. Mix the color into the salts until it is evenly distributed; again use your hands or you may use a utensil. Now add the essential oils drop by drop, one ingredient at a time, until the scent seems right. using your hands and fingertips, mix it until all salt particles are moistened. This may take up to fifteen minutes or longer. As to proportions, rely on your nose to determine the exact quanties. The more potent the finished products' scent, the less will have to be used for each bath. They should be strongly scented. To use, add from 2 tablespoons to one-half cup of the bath salts to a full tub. Mix with your hands into the water. Relax, enjoy!! NOTE: For bath salts place in a deep wide rimmed container, dont use a small bottle neck as the salts may harden, making it almost impossible to get out.

(A lot of these have a more voodoo slant) According to general metaphysical wisdom, any sexual relationship creates vestigial ties that bind, the more intense, passionate, and lingering the bonds. This cleansing spell is beneficial whenever you wish to sever and erase those bonds, whether from a long term relationship or a one night stand. Gently rub a whole raw egg against your naked body, from head to toe and outward from shoulders to fingers, with extra emphasis placed on the genitals. When complete, break the raw egg into the toilet and flush it away. Ok, that is the spell, now lets think it through. Eggs symbolize fertility of all types. New beginnings. First off I would try to get an egg from a farmer who treats his hens very well, or get the "cage free" type so we have no bad vibe on the egg itself. Remember to light a candle and thank the animal from which this sacrifice came. Remember the egg you rub on your body is the intact egg. Eggs carry salmonella. Be careful. When you are rubbing it on your body visualize everywhere he touched you and his energy that is on you being sucked into the egg. Absorbed by it. I would light candles and put on soft non invasive music and take your time.Think about him..everywhere he touched you. Spend extra time at your heart, hair, face, wherever his favorite places on your body were. When you break the egg do it with force. This is the magick. Crush it in you hand or smash it.Disperse all you have collected and send it back into the universe to use that power somewhere else. See all of that HIM coming off of you and a new pain free life stretching out before you. Take a few breaths then flush it. Give it to the water. I would take a nice cleansing bath after this. Fill the tub and while the water is draining thing of all the bad stuff going down the drain. After all this you will be very tired. Take a nap or go to bed. Good luck. You may need to repeat this a few times but time and work fade pain. Life goes on in it's never ending circle. If you feel you did the right thing YOU DID. Always listen to that voice. That is the Goddess speaking to you. Your higher self. Good for you that you listened. *A Note On Eggs* - Eggs are very absorbant when it comes to energies, which is why an egg is used in this sort of spell. Because of this, it is always wise to eat an egg with a little salt to disperse any negative energies it has absorbed. Just a sprinkle will do and it will be safe to eat. You can either add the salt when you eat the egg or when it is cooked -- salt in the water if you boil them, a sprinkle of salt over them as you fry them, etc.
