My Action Plan (Leadership)
As a result of the learning and insights I gained on ETHICAL, LEADERSHIP & SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP, & MAKING A DIFFERENCE, I PLAN TO DO the following within the next three months:
1. PERSONAL
* I will stop........ thinking too much about unnecessay things. I realized that its not good for the brain!haha..I just get more stressed.
* I will start......... to spend mo time with my family especially my sister.
2. MY DEPARTMENT/ORGANIZATION
* I will stop....... ignoring all the emails I get from my college..(oOps..!) I would try to read the information they sent.
* I will start......to finalize what career path am I going to pursue (whether I would continue in medicine, law or SPED).
3. MY SCHOOL
* I will stop...... getting furious about the short sem-break and vacation! hahaha..
* I will start....... to actively support the university either by participating in some of the programs or fund-raising projects they have.
