Hey buddy!

   As you know, I leave for La La Land today.  Don't worry!  I'm sure you'll get along fabulously without me.  Don't forget to water the plants while I'm away.  Feed Tiya every day.  Make time for Kati when she gets back.  I know how much we've missed her.  But really Joe, I'm worried you won't take the time to make time for yourself.  We've got so many projects going this summer, it can be hard to concentrate, hopefully it won't be so hard while I'm gone.  Don't forget to write a little more in your comic every day, even if it's just a line or two. And dammit, I wanna see some progress on your music.  At least one or two decent compositions by the time I get back.  You should call Dylan and Johhny.  It's been far too long since you've spoken with them.  Remember, they're gonna be here in month and if you and John are serious about laying down those tracks, then you gotta be ready.  You should try and find someone who plays the horns.  Trumpet or Trombone would be nice, to get some brass in your music would totally kick ass.

Other than that, have a great summer. I'll be back this fall.
