About Me
I have been happily married to my husband Rick since September of 2000 and we have been together and going strong since 1998, even through the ups and downs and trials and tribulations of the semi-pro hockey life.
Rick is now on his 13th year of pro-hockey and his 3rd season playing hockey in Europe. I stopped traveling with him in 2004 when we made our home (temporarily) in Northwest Arkansas so I could finally get settled and begin my own career and be near my family who moved to the area years prior.
We lost my daddy on March 18th, 2007 just two days after his 63rd birthday, after a very short 6 month battle with lung cancer. He meant the world to me and is now my angel watching over me everyday. This has been a huge loss to my family as we have always all been very close and we miss him more than words could ever explain.
We moved to Memphis, TN in late September 2007. We now have a house and I work from home for the same company I've been with since 2006.
And last, but definitely not least, Rick and I are the proud "parents" of Nala-bug and Champy-bean. Nala is an 8 year old boxer/border collie mix and Champion is a 2 year old purebred flashy-fawn boxer. They are more like our children than some peoples human children are. Very spoiled!!
