Bad luck
|
At Sears today, I missed out on two credit card application opportunities just by dumb luck. When I was at lunch, the guy who was filling in for me got someone to sign up, and later in the afternoon, a co-worker was just happening by and took some customers who were waiting in line while I helped someone else, and that customer ended up applying for a card. If I hadn't gone to lunch when I did, and if that co-worker hadn't passed by and helped out, I would have gotten three credit apps today (I did manage to get one myself, at the very end of my shift). Oh well, maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow. |
