Introduction
Certain causes involved in vehicular problems now a days is usually driving under the Influence. It’s really shocking that today’s teenagers are uncontrollable in terms of alcohol as well as drugs compared in the past. Kids right now really abused their selves beyond limitation. peers and friends, this is indeed a serious situation towards the next generation.


History
According to the reports coming from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) motor vehicle incidents are one of the major causes of death for teen’s ages between 15 to 20. On one incident report, a huge number of high school students admit driving under the influence of alcohol which is polled 50% by the NHTSA almost half of it. Most of these teens doesn’t have any experienced or its their first time driving, a staggering percentage involving teens are currently recorded. Problem here is several teenagers now can drink without the proper guidance coming from their parents or guardians.


Statistics
Records actually show that one teen out of ten in the state ranging ages from 12 to 13, can now access alcohol or drugs at least once per month. All of us have to guide our children right now; make sure they know what is right and wrong, this will be the right path for them. Underage drunk drivers also had a negative effect emotionally that will even harm teens when they become an adult. Penalties for this act are quite serious like fines, probation, community service, and education on alcohol not to mention the worst.


Consequences
Early addiction for these surely have negative effects towards our education, health issue and worst is injuries or death at a young age. Each year, statistics reveal that 5000 underage fatalities occur mainly because of excessive abuse of alcohol. This may change a person view in life. Thus, rigid laws are now being put into action throughout the nation.


Facts
Youths will still be convicted even if they will be caught later rather than the actual time. It could be a serious sentence for repeat offenders when compared to to a first time. Fact is teens even with a little drops of alcohol, can boost their BAC to merely . 05%. Good judgement is the key, without it a teenager can die at a very young age.


Conclusion
If convicted and addicted, this truly affects one individual’s career opportunities especially for teenagers. Even if they wish to proceed to college it may cause some slight problem considering that they do have a record. Now that admission for expert studies such as medical, law, teachings, and accounting in graduate schools are being declined for underage individuals who are convicted. Same on applying for a job, it could be a bad impression to your employer if you have this on record. Lastly, even so the best way to prevent this is still proper awareness, education, prevention and good judgement.
