It is always said that the best light for photographing is at dawn, or even little more before. So I went to Ruissalo (island in the sea bay in Turku) at dawn. In findland mid summer this meant 3:30 am! While driving there I started to question my sanety, but when I got there I was too busy shooting that these thoughts were forgotten. At first I spotted some gooses by sea, but managed only to take one acceptable kind of abstract shot (pic). While sun was raising I took some urban landscape shots (pic1, pic2). When the sun finally raised, it was soon overcasted, so the lightning was real dull. At the end I got some closeup pictures from gooses.
