It seems to be very hard (at least on budget) to start a photography hobby. Now it was time to update the lousy tripod I had. Or lets correct, the old tripod was not lousy as itself but not suitable to be used with DSRL cameras. So now I have a Manfrotto! It weights like a little mountain and is basicly as sturdy as one too. The ballhead for the tripod was not easy to select, but finally I selected a Slik. It was preferred by a friend and also it felt best in its price range. I just can wait when I am cursing the weight of my new tripod in the bushes...
