Altough I purchased a macro lens a while ago, I have not used it for actual macro photography very much (otherwise I have used it quite a lot). However here is one cruel story I photographed some weeks ago. I found this spider in its web and put my tripod and camera ready very close. I also found out what wind does to macro photography... Here is the action: So in the end the prey escaped and actually killed its predator. It might be that the photographer a little bit interfiered to get things started, but still the "result" was surprising. I'll try to take more positive macro photographs next time, because this didn't seem to go like I planned. |
