Today I went shooting to Aura river once again. At first there was a thick fog but I just didn't find anything to use it with. Then "bling" and the fog was gone and some rain drops started to fall. I only took 12 frames for the whole trip. Only two closeup pictures I qualified to have even something. I was trying to find a good place to photograph the foggy rapids in Halinen. I didn't. Then I saw this water-lily root lying on top of tree branches. The color contrast looked nice so I photographed it: The fog was gone and there were nothing interesting in the river banks. Then I saw this strange pine tree branch. I first thought that I could use it as a frame, but there just wasn't anything to frame. So I just experimented with flash few shots. Afterwards I also experimented my editing skills, because this seemed to require it: |
