The characteristic rich MPSXX Air Data Test Set variety enable fast calibration of altimeters, airspeed indicators, Mach gauges, vertical speed indicators, Air Data Computers (ADC), testing of Angle of Attack (AoA) system probes and other avionic pitot-static components. Characteristics include:

Twin channel instruments in the range contain the ultra compact MPS43 that weighs under 4Kg while providing RVSM truth to complete automatic control. The MPS45, as well as our latest civil range ADTS we also have the MPS34C that supplies lab accuracy on the flightline. The 3 channel series of devices control three pressures separately and individually to confirm the Angle of Attack (AoA) in addition to Static Electricity and Pitot pressures, for use with 'Smart' kind pitot tubes. Our latest 3 channel device is the MPS49 with the MPS39C also being accessible. The MPS40C is a 4 channel ADTS with 2 stations of AoA.



The latest MPS45 and evaluation sets that were MPS49 offer up to 12 changed output ports, extended calibration period and other improved specifications and capacities.

All the ramp/flight line ADTS are portable and also can be used in the laboratory. ADWIN PC applications enables control of the test systems from a regular PC. In all versions low power consumption allows the highest accuracy available now and generates heat that is negligible. Optionally the ADTS can be remotely controlled by a tablet PC with Bluetooth connection (no cables required). The user interface ensures all the functions are easily controlled with a minimum of key strokes. The devices are all ready to be used and within the correctness band at the judgment of the initialisation / self evaluation process.

All the Air Data Test Sets have battery power either fitted as standard or available as an option. This allows the evaluation sets to be operated away from ac power or to continue to be used during power failure. The compact MPS43 has battery power just for safe return to ground conditions.

All versions are furnished complete with internal pumps functioning 'on demand' to attain low electrical power consumption and maximum life duration. Noise level is very low, a welcome feature when the ADTS is used in the workshop.

30 User evaluation profiles are executable and programmable , each with 26 evaluation points, enabling insistent evaluations for example FAR43 testing to easily be performed with high repeatability.

Calibration is accomplished through user adjustment of calibration constants without the requirement for hardware corrections.

Laboratory Air Data Test Sets
DMA is a leading manufacturer of Air Data Test Set models for laboratory use achieving the highest accuracy and resolution. The MPS46 is digitally controlled through a keyboard, it uses very high precision pressure detectors, with a particular characterisation for maximum precision (for static channel 2 feet at sea level). Pressure resolution of 0.2 Pa.is also achievable. The intuitive user interface with touch screen display ensures that all the functions are controlled with at least key presses . The ADTS can be used in avionics ATE systems (stand height just 2U) for automated pitot-static testing through RS232, USB, Ethernet or GPIB/IEEE488.
