Last weekend, (on Saturday), was heritage day. But in South Africa we mostly know it as braai day. This is the day where we have a braai with family and friends.

So we invited a couple of friends, (of course we also invited the in-laws over as well), over and had a lazy afternoon with too much drinking but some good laughs.

Because it is the world cup as well, we all had our opinions on the South African rugby team. The general conclusion is that they are going from strength to strength.
Tomorrow they are playing Samoa, the games are all in the morning but a few guys from work are planning on ‘stepping-out’ for a long morning lunch. The way I see it we will not come back to work at all, but it should be good fun :)
