If not done the correct way, scuba diving should be quite unsafe and in many cases fatal. There are some things you'll want to know prior to going scuba diving for the fist time. Below are a a small amount of useful guidelines to make your dive both fun and safe.
Get Certified by a Reputable Dive Agency
You can not just jump into the water without knowing the essential skills of scuba diving. In order to dive you should get proper instruction first. Get your diving certification classes from a good school. Despite the fact that there's lots of scuba diving certification companies, PADI is number one worldwide.
Get Fit
Prior to considering diving you should make certain you are in good physical shape. Pressure at deeper depts will have an effect on how your body operates. This pressure will make it hard to breath if you aren't in shape. Scuba Diving isn't a strenuous sport, although being in shape will can help you swim with out getting fatigued easily. It is recommended to get a medical checkup or seek the advice of a medical professional before your first dive.
Be Well-Rested and Keep yourself Hydrated
