Hey everyone,

Well I turned in my application to Gold's Gym today and I am praying to the Gods that I get a job there. I need the money so badly. So please say a prayer for me. I would appreciate it.

Anyway, I think I am going to keep an emotional eating diary. I already am started on a food diary for my trainer Santana. So I thought whenever I have a craving for something bad that I would write in it and be able to keep myself from engaging in bad habits. I am also going to be cooking more for my family so I have to get off my ass this weekend and look at some of my cooking books and see if my mom approves with the menus i'm going to write.
