There's a famous saying in Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers where Gandalf is at Rohan and is speaking to Wormtongue. Be silent. Keep your forked tongue behind your teeth. I have not passed through fire and death to bandy crude words with a witless worm. This is one of my favorite quotes in the movie. I don't want to argue with those who think they know about me just from posting a blog or two. I don't have to explain myself to anyone. You know, I just don't see the point in even arguing because it is stupid. And if you think by insulting me more that you can hurt me or provoke me or goad me on, forget it. Say whatever the hell you want to say because I feel that my deities will protect me from such words. As long as I am comfortable with myself then that is all that matters, not someone's opinion of me. I don't care if I am popular because I have never wanted to be popular. Hell, I have never been popular in my life. I have fought too hard through junior high and high school to not let words hurt me and now that I am in college I am stronger than who I used to be. So please, do not think you can assess me. Because unless you have met me personally you have no right to speak to me like I am some bad person.
