Today I have a really bad headache and I am sure it is because of all the stress I have been undergoing. I can't wait to get this quarter over with and possibly go see my friend Danielle. I really need to go see my Grandma up in WV too.

Anyway, SilverWind totally addressed something yesterday in a comment. First, I am an Arachnophobe. A bad one as well. I should not have said what I said, because I don't feel animosity towards spiders, I just am terrified of them. I think I am going to have to seek therapy to help get over it. *sighs* Another problem to take care of. Thanks Silver. I appreciate you reminding me of my responsibilities as a Pagan.

I two episodes of a phobia show on National Geographic (I was really bored and searching our cable co's "On-Demand" feature. I was surprised at how great their results were. I only thought therapy that exposes you to what you fear in increasing amounts....would only work with minor phobias. They were incredibly uncomfortable for awhile, but what a difference! Maybe you could find on-line self-help or a book. Best wishes as always :)
