8/23/2006 - Weird dream about Shadow

I had this weird dream about Shadow last night. First it started out as a dream of Inuyasha (this anime show I watch). Inuyasha and another character from the show (Koga) was fighting. The scene shifted to Shadow protecting me from something. After she finished protecting me, she started getting younger until she was a puppy. She then faded away. I woke up after that. Any thoughts??

Well it is fairly common for people to dream of pets and people for that matter shortly after they have passed on. I think it is a way for them to send a message to those they left behind that everything is ok and that they are at peace.

It seems that my dreams always bleed over into each other, where I will be dreaming about one thing and then it will turn into something else.

It could be that Shadow was telling you that she is looking after you, and as for the part about her getting younger and younger, that could be symbolic of the process of rebirth or rencarnation and returning to the world anew.

Shadow is just letting you know that all is well, and is telling you not to fret because life in the new plain is free of pain. Old age is gone and youth has sprung into life again. I truly believe this. Love and (((hugs))) from Dawnie. :-)
