Energy Balls are fun and easy things to do, and thier main purpose is as a basic exorcise to get use to using and manupulating energy. They can also simply help pass the time, like twiddiling your thumbs. The way to construct an energy ball is simple,make a ball or circle with your hands, by touching fingertip to fingertip. Tumb to thumb, pinky to pinky, index finger to index finger etc.. Then simply concentrate on the flow of your energy and pinpoint it to the space you made within your hands. Visulaize a ball of energy growing there contained within the space of your hands. You should begin to feel the tingle and prick of the enegery moving through your fingers.

This simple and easy practice and lead up to the development of more advanced energy balls. You can expriment by trying to harness the power of the varrious different elements. For example focus on making a ball with the energy of fire by visualizing yellow and orange energy flowing within your hands. Or using the element of water by visuziling blue energy flowing, while you do this you should also keep in mind the element you are trying to represent and concentate on that along with the energy and the corresponding color for what you are trying to attempt.

More advanced energy balls can also be used in offesensive technique as a weapon to try and repell those who mean harm to you by attacting and weaking the energy of entites or people which are trying to act harm against you.

Once you become skilled at creating the basic energy ball you can make a one handed energy ball, though this is a bit more difficult because the connection is not as storng so it causes greating concentration, but it can by done by cupping one hand as you might to try and draw water from a stream, and then as before you should concentrate and visulaie the energy forming just over the palm of your hand contained in the small space of your hand. You should as before feel the tingle of the energy just within your hand.
