One of the most powerful of all Celtic symbols was the endless knot. An elborately interlaced line without a starting point. The knot symbolically expressed the Celts belief in eternity, a trancendental state beyond the material world.

Meditate on the knot as the eternal truth of exsisteince, the endlesness of time. Let the concept of  the immortaility of the spirit seep into your concisouness. Do not attempt to put your thoughts into words. Remain still with the image in your mind and calmy experince the present curve on the endless knot of time.
