Here is a rather common cooking herb which is easy to get, or grow yourself and has some benefical uses both for you health and in your magick practice

Medicinal useage

Used as an antidote for norcoditcs, infections, measles, mumps, chicken pox, can be taken to prevent sea and air sickness and vertigo. Premotes perspiration as a treatment for colds, flu, and fevers. A tea of oragano is often used to relieave menstral discomfort. Drinking infusion clears lungs bronchical passages. Taken internally or externally can help allivate dry itcing skin. Oils used to treat viral infections, repatory ailments and muscle aches.

Magickal useage

Used to forget a former loved one such as an ex spouse or girl/boy friend. In spells of letting go burn incense or drink
