8/24/2006 - Capturing the Beauty in Art

If you have a particular image you love, and you want to take on its spirit and loveliness make a speical trip to have it framed or mounted, then hand it in your bedroom or bathroom.

Try the following: Choose an image of serene or electric beauty. It may be a classical painting or it may be a photo empahsizing one feature you truly admire. Put a photo of yourself behind the picture and hand it somewhere you can rest looking at it. If in your bedroom you must be able to see it from your bed. Each night take the image into your heart and wish to acquire some of the beauty yourself. After a few months you should be able to discern elements of the image in your own counteance.
