Have you been hurt by one you loved or trusted and now you wish to turn the tables around and ease some of your pain will making them suffer as you do. Well here is something you can do.

To Reverse Heartache

Write the name of the one you are furrious with in black ink on red paper. Fill a pot with soil and speak thier name aloud then insert a dress-makers pin (a safty pin or push pin will do as well) through the paper saing

By stabbing through you insincere name,

I return to you your piercing pain.

Leave the pin in the paper and bury both in the soil. To undo the spell, sperate the pin from the paper and tear the paper into tiny pieces and burty both pin and paper sperartely in small holes filled with salt.
