9/27/2006 - The East Witch

With many of us back in school, and with the way this month has been going for me, and with all I have been dealing with as of recent, and getting ready to go back to school now myself, I thought this would be a very apt spell to post, and I cannot think of a better time to post it then right now. I could sure use it.

To Expel Stress

Light a blue candel in the East, and pour water into a glass bowl placed in front of the candel. Anoint your forehead with one drop of lavender oil to soothe your clairvoyant "third" eye. Also anoint each wrist with one drop of lavender oil. Gave into the flame. Using a fountain pen drop seven droplets of blue ink into the water. Look into the water, visulizing blue disperesing and washing away troubles and stress in the same way the blue ink flows through the water. Gaze at the flame and look again. When the ink has turned the water blue your spell is complete.
