The art of trying to predict the weather is perhaps just about as old as the human race itself. It was always a very crucial skill, for the sake of survvial, people needed to know what food to look for, where to look for it and what sort of shelter to provide, and all these things can be tied into weather patterns, it was also crucial for sea fareres to know what was comming and when to go out and went to seek safe harbor, and even today it is a part of life, though now used more out of personal comfort as far as determining how to dress.

Here are some old prediction methods

• Eastwind brings rain
• Northwest wind means fair weather
• Red morning sky means rain
• Gray morning sky means fair weather
• Grave evening sky means rain
• Rainbow in the east means rain is over
• Rainbow in the west means the rain is comming
