The Celts told stories about shapeshifting, or magickal transformation, whereby wizards and heroes could asume shapes to achieve strength, speed, and other desirable qualities. As well as tales of punishments and spells turnd wrongdoers into toads, snakes, even blacksmiths tools. They were constantly aware of the capacity for radical transformation.

Do not take for granted that major shifts in idenity and outlook can be achieved only gradually. Make a positive affirmation for change (such as I wil look for ever opportunity to practice forgiveness) and vow to live by it immediately. In this way attitudes can be transformed in moments.
