Apple is a rather common faveorite health snack for many, most of us are famillar with the phrase "Apple a day keeps the doctor away" It also has a rather infamous reputation as a key factor in the story of Adam and Eve, and Snow White, and it makes an apperance in the folk tale of Johnny Appleseed, and has likely played a roll in numerous other stories as well, so here are some of its other uses.

Medical

Treats constipation, can help lower cholestorol and aid in treating heart disease. Crushed apple leaves can be rubbed in a wound to help prevent infections.

Magickal

Apple blossoms are used in love and healing incense. Apple should be used as a present to a lover (both you and your partner take a bite). An offering on All Hallows Eve to the day and a symbol of imortality. Its cider should be poured on the ground brefore planting to give the earth life.
