10/21/2006 - To Dispel Anger

Sometimes it can be diffulct to control our temper or let things go, even if we want to, becasue being angery can be stressful and affect are whole personlality and how we react with other people, it can alos affect are ablity to really be produtive and get things done becasue it shatters our concentration, so if you are at that place where you are ready to let go or simply do not want to have to deal with the effects of being angery but cannot quite get passed it here is something to help you out in the process.

To Dispell Anger

For this spell you should be outside near flowing water in a quiet place where you will not be distrubed

1. Get into the right frame of mind, perhaps by meditating or thinking of an image that you find particuarly peaceful and serene, perhaps a place that you fill safe, or your faveotie place, what ever helps to sooth you
2. Find a black stone
3. Cast a magick circle (for this spell the circle should be one made of energy, not physcialy constructed)
4. Pick up the black stone and touch it to your forehead; focus on sending all your anger into the black stone untill you feel you have no more anger to send
5. Thow the stone into the water, if possible where no one will find it, you may wish to say a few words, like :Anger in this stone now is gone where none shall find it, water bind it
6. Place both hands upon the ground and invision your circle fading
