11/17/2006 - The Once-Kingly Boar

A Welsh hero, Culhwch, desirous to marry Olwen, had to preform many feats of bravery inculding fighting a giant boar. The boar was acutally a wicked king transformed into an unsightly beast as punishment for his evil doings. The rightous Culhwch trumphed and won many prasies.

This myth implies a Celtic vision of karma-or simply the concept of how we behave influences our succeses. Generoisty and dedication in thought and action, as well as selfishness may influence how we are rewarded. Act wisely and lovingly to make youself whole.
