The famous bard Taliesin was buried in a tomb on the estuary of the River Dovey in Wales. It was thought that anyone who slept on his tomb overnight would awaken as a poet. Despite superstious warnings surrounding the practice, people flocked to the site, so eager were they for creativity and inspiration.

Reading poetry just before you sleep is a good way to invigorate your imgination. Prfound thoughts and vivid images penetrate the subconcious and may surface as inspiring memories weeks later. Delight in those moments when evocative lines or beautiful images from a faveorite poem dance through your thoughts and be thankful for the gift.
