I have begun searching through my collections to find things which relate in helping to ease heartache, heal greif and saddness, and heal the mind, becasue I know someone who could use it now.

Rose Attar, pure rose oil, is the most valuable in love spells. It also soothes nerves, and counteracts sadness or grief, and can level thoughts that are too strongly nostalgic.
