The Celts were drawn toward threes, or triads. In their stories, questions were often asked three times. Goddesses appeared in threesomes. Knowlege, laws, maxims, and the rules of poetry always were arranged in triads. The number three was imbued with imporatance, luck and magic.

Use the triple affirmation to engender self-confidaunce and determination. Select an assertion, which you know in your mind to be true, even if self-doubt is telling you otherwise. For exmaple, "I am articulate and quite capable of addressing a large group of people" Speak the statement aloud three times to instill its meaning in your heart.
