To stop worry

Switch off any electric lighting and light a blue candle to symbolize the Air element. Into a dish place a handful of sea salt. Add three pinches of dried thyme, sage, and rosemary. Drop a pinch of the concoction into the flame. When the flame burns blue, say

Missery burn

Good fortune return

Contemplate this for a few moments, then snuff out the the candle. Blow the concotion into the air to blow your problem away.
