To jinx an enemy's clothes

Find a small item of your enemy's, such as a sock. Place it by a blue candle. Switch off any electric lights then light the candle. Smear hawthorn berries or drops of vinegar onto the fabric and cut it into small fragements. Look into the candle flame and picture your enemy's clothes comming to grief. Snuff the candle out. The one upon whom you have weaved your magick will stain or tear an outfit.
