Inscripe your wish lengthwise along a white candle using a dressmakers pin. Smear three drops of rose oil along the canlde, using your forefinger, then light the candle and place bowl of water beside it. Add three drops of rose oil to the water and meditate on the candle flame. Writer your wish on white paper, then write your name over the top. Using your forefinger, rub rose oil into the paper to merge the two inscriptions. Sprinkle the paper with seven drops of rose-oil water from the bowl. Fold the paper and seal it in a white envelope to seal your wish. Snuff out the candle.
