8/13/2007 - Table Blessing
I really like this one becasue it is short and sweet and could be used in mixed company, that is among anyone one of any beleif system without making anyone feel left out or not included.
Before starting to eat, look at the food on your plate deliberately, then bless the food by saying:
For light and life and all good things, I thank you!
