9/12/2007 - Say No Talisman

If you are inclined to say yes too often and often regret it, you may make a No Way talisman.

This would be a tiny pouch worn about your neck, stuffed with little papers on which you have written words and phrases such as No, Never, Nyet, I think not, Not in a billion years, and so on.

Charge the talisman by drumming at the dark of the Moon.

Next lightly touch your lower lip and say "No" very firmly. Do it again and say "I think not" and repeat such phrases one hundred times.

The next time anyone askes you for anything touch your lower lip in exzactly the same way and touch your talisman with your other hand. You will have the pwoer to refuse if you choose to.
