Shadow people have they have commonly come to be known as are an intresting phenomonem and one in which there are many differeht theories and schools of thought, though it is my personal beleif that to call them shadow people is a misrepresentation and that pehraps shadow entity or shadow being might be more apporpriate, now you might wonder what the differenace is? Well from my own experince and theory I do not beleive that shadow beings are truly "people" that is to say though they can be commonanly confused with spirits and hauntings, I do not think shadow beings are any form of human spirit or ever have been human or living at any point in time.

So just what are shadow beings? Well they are true to the first part of thier name, just that shadows, but they are shadows that move of thier own accord, and are not refelcted off of anything, though no one can say with any certainty just where they come from, it is my beleif that if anything shadow beings are likely just forms of ridule energy, they may have some sort of concisouness or awareness, but do not really act as if they do in most cases, and though they can be eerie to experince, in my experince they realy have no ablity to impose themselves upon or inteact with us in any way so they really do not post any sort of acutal threat.

3/21/2007 - Vortex

I was inpsired to write about this on account of an experince I had a couple weeks or so ago. The vortex is a myserious concept, and like with most the things I write about, the opinions, thoughts and ideas upon it may varry, so as always I can always speak of it to the best of my own personal knowelege and to give my own prespective.

A vortex is a collection of energy that forms a cyclone, though usually they are low to the ground and do not extend very high up, it is essentailly a hole within the fabric of the vail between this world and the otherworld, or this realm and the spirit realm, however you choose to see it. There are a couple different ways in which a vortex might come to be or form. For one thing, a vortex might form in a particular location that has a high concentrate of energy, there are certain places all over the world that are on what are called lay lines, and I might talk about this some other time, but basicaly they are very strong fields of energy, though this energy itself might not be supernatural at all, it could be something along the lines of a maganectic feild, energy is not in itself a supernatural thing. But a strong concentrate of energy can cause a hole to open up in the veil which its initself made of its own energy and could react to other energies. A vortex might also form in a location that has strong spiritual energy, perhaps a haunted place where there is a lot of acitvity for this energy could gather in on itself and cause this vortex affect.

Or a vortex might be caused, if one were the preform a certain ritual or ceremony that envolved bridging the gap between this world and the spirit world, for example a summoning perhaps, and then do not do a proper clenshing afterword, or loose control, then a gap could be opened up, or left over energy residue could come together to form a vortex.

A vortex initself is not really known to be harmful, for it is little more then just a gathering of neutral energy, and so it is not aware of us and has not acutal consicouesness, though a vortex might allow certain things from passing from the otherworld into this world that do not belong here.

12/7/2006 - The Watchers

Many of those that pratice magick might be famillar with the concept of the Watchers, might have heard that term before, and I have an idea of it, though I do not think anyone can have a full understanding, I would not cliam quite so much as that, I will to my best to explain abit about just what the Watchers are, though a part of them will ever remain a mystery to all, as such is the way it is intended.

So what are the Watchers? Well that is a difficult question to answer, they dwell upon the astral plain, but they are not quite spirits, they are not angels, or demons or any other easily named and catagorized being, they are Watchers, they never were in the flesh upon earth as far as I know, and sometimes, they do pass into this realm, our known realm of the living that we call earth. And what do they do? Well just what thier name suggests, they watch, that is thier duty and purpose as far as anyone knows, they watch those that come to their attetnion, users of magick, and people they sense power in, they watch and keep records of it all. They have watched sense the begining of time, keeping track, follwing certain individulas through thier many lifetimes, but they are not suppose to interfer or intervene in any events nor are they suppose to make contract or interaction with anyone, they are suppose to be like a fly on the wall, unoticed.

But there are those few and rare moments, wheather it truly is a carelessness on thier part, or perhaps it is an intentional act, or just an individuals hightend senseativity or just an accident looking in the right place at the right time, one might catch sight of a watcher, or think they have, there is no way to know for certain, but it is unmistable in its own way even if you cannot find the absolute proof to support it. What does a watcher look like? Well one cannot quite say, in a way they appear just as anyone else, but there is something, a feeling a sense, a certain look that when you see them, they do not seem to completely fit in, but they seem to stick out, to appear out of place somehow, and then you know, you have seen a watcher.

A Peaceful Enviroment

To connect with your Guardian Angel, create a space that is attractive and peaceful. Candels, flowers, lovely pictures, inspiring music, and beautiful things all help to create a positive mood.

Become Receptive

You are surrounded by the energies of your thoughts and emotions. It is difficult for your angel to reach you if you are surrounded by negitive emotions such as rage, fear, or hurt. Try to let go of these emotions as much as possible so that you become more apporachable.

Count Your Blessings

Take a few minitues to count your blessings, think good thoughts about people you know, read an inspiring book, or look at something beauitiful. Make sure you're calm, relaxed and centered.

Created a Golden Aura

The easiest way to relax is to breathe deeply, sofening your body on each outbreath. Imagine yourself breathing golden light until you are enxclosed in an egg of gold. Angels find it easier to connect with you when your aura is golden.

Feel Your Angels Touch

Mentally ask your Gaurdian Angel to step into your aura and touch you. Exepect a physical sensation, or a fragrence or feeling of great love. You may feel the light touch of an angel wing, or a waft of air across your face. Even if you feel nothing, trust that your angel has responded and is very close to you.

Ask Your Angels Name

Ask your Guaridan Angel what its name is and accept the first name that comes to you. Ask for any help you need.

Thank your Gaurdian Angel and open your eyes

9/22/2006 - Discovering Your Gaurdian Angel

Though Angels are most commonly associated with the relgion of Christinaty, they are not in fact restritced to this beleif, they are in face high-spiritual beings recgonized in some form or another by many religions in the world. Even Pagans, may and can, and in some caseses do embrace the idea of angels.

The concept of the Guardian Angel in partiuclar is rather common among people of a wide vairty of beleif. The Guardian Angel is seen as the spiritual being whom is always with you though usually thier pressence goes unseen and unheard, they are there to offer comfort and support, and protection in times of need.

Times Your Angel can Help You

Your angel represents your personal needs, so call on them and queitly ask for help. Your Gaurdian Angel can help inspire you at difficult and testing times offering support and comfort.

Your angel will provide comfort, healing and vision in your darker moments
