To get help most of the people choose a massage, an irritation killer and in extreme cases a go.
Unfortunately all of these are helping limited to a short while, don't treat the main from the problem and don't give you a lasting solution.
Busy lifestyle is creating a lot of tension. The feeling that every is �sitting on our shoulders� and also the mental stress, creates a physical contraction that produces compression inside the spine and also the joints.
Spinal compression cuts down on spaces between the vertebrae causing pressure for the nerves that triggers back pain.
Most of us spend our day sitting or standing for several hours, often in the wrong posture. The effect: stiffness and pain.
On this workshop become familiar with how you can:
- release the pain sensation by making more space relating to the vertebra, releasing the pressure for the nerves.
- stimulate the flow of fluids and blood in joints and spine.
- strengthen the flexibility of tendons, ligaments and muscles which can be holding the spine and joints within the right place.
- relax the peripheral nervous system and permit deep discharge of tension, pain and stiffness.
You may take home everything in the sequence, which means you have the ability to practice independently in your own home.
As a way to integrate the sequence easily in your routine, the gap is only 20-30 minutes. With some times weekly practice you will be able to achieve good results and regular practice will help you solve the situation once and for all.
