~Awakened~ 
   You woke me from a deepened sleep



  I somehow felt you near,
In my mind an echoing
your voice it was so clear
As if you were beside me,through a restless night,
your arms around me tightly
till the morning light,
a tender kiss upon my lips
 your hand it brushed my hair,
treasuring the memories
of love that was so rare,
From my eyes there fell a tear
of passion that we shared,
our hearts so widely opened
our souls unclothed and bared
A moment that I clung to
trying hard to deal
with something,Oh so powerful
no longer something real.
