Is this a joke? This is purely political, John McCain is trying to come off as not being political but he is being that. He is a patriot, no question.

He loves this country. This is also a good way to save some money when you might be in need of a lot of contributions. The economy is the #1 issue now and McCain is trying to look like some hero by not putting ads

If anyone thinks this isn't political, you're living on another planet.

I think Obama played his cards right by not accepting McCain's offer to stop putting ads out on both sides. Obama knows that McCain is stalling to buy time to address the Republican failure with the economy.

The real test here is going to be whether people will elect McCain now with his party taking the blame for their failure.
