What exactly is meant by “harmful”? It means that after your body belly fat has hit a certain stage that is signified by that waist measurement, that you’ll be vulnerable to develop certain health problems. You may be more prone to develop high blood pressure, out of control cholesterol, type 2 diabetes and cardio-vascular disease.

But these changes are individual choices that we all must take on our own.
