Intergration has had its advantages on a group of people who are lame and blind and have bought into materialism. If life meant that you could be someone, some of us would not think of themselves before being someone else. Minds of black people have been caught up. What causes a nation of people to hate themselves? What causes a nation of people to be divided? The black race is divided. No other race on this planet practices division among their own group of people. When groups rise or black organizations who are operated by black men come and work towards unity in the black community, it is classified as hate. And their are many blacks who would reject the thought too. We feel that anything that has to do with ourselves has to involve other groups of people by their approval. Our minds are colonized, many places around the world with blacks from the beginning of colonialism were taught that the lighter you are the closer you are to God. The next time those who are dark complexion or who may not be light enough to be classified white, walk anywhere there is resentment, bitterness, hate, and envy. Which exemplifies that the darker one may be the more powerful of a presence they have. Black men who are dark as black pearls or diamonds or even gold have worth in this world or there wouldn't be a need to divide us. We can't continue to follow in the traps of colonialism. God bless white people and those of caucasion descent, but we as black people can't continue to fall on our knees, bend over backwards, place higher than anything, and idolize these people (colonized mind). When we think of success that is what we want, but we have to be strong enough to stand as grown human beings and can't have the mind of a child that looks up to others than themselves as God or fear their reactions. When we come together, love each other, look out for your brother or sister, their system isn't working, especially if anticipated. The hip hop community speaks for the people in the ghettos, but that's as far as the influence goes. The day they start artistically creating music that uplifts the black community in a way not held by chains of mental colonialism and materialism that is when the real controversy starts and uncle sam is at your door. Intergration is by means of thinking and operating out of your mind as a human being. Not anything that is controlled by another group of people's ideas or tricks used and devised (In Your Face, To Your Face) to divide you not just as a race by as a human being.
