Self determination in a government that is a liberal constitutional democracy expresses one´s will to not just be a citizen, but be justified to stand and be represented as a citizen. Democracy in Africa that was a social democracy before the words were even known or created in the west began as a social one. This in fact was a real self governing democracy that was literally governed by the people. Historically this has been successful and should be in any government today were there are the rights of people that are infringed upon. The movements that have happened in the world´s period of revolution and change (that can be seen) that people regarded, for not just civil liberties, but human obligations came to past. In every revolution period each are seen today as improbable or as oppressive. These are democracies, rather social, liberal, or what have you, it is by customary standards that are controlled (dominated) by liberal ideologies. What this is saying is that fairness on the part of human standards have been taken advantage of and exploited by means of military force, capitalism, and blind democracy chants. In particular are the disenchanted people of the world primarily in Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. Most of these countries stand for social democracies. This is unheard, because it is not manipulated by any of the forces of exploitation. If so, in what cause other than one being an Islamic democracy or one of ideological difference? Blacks in America want to believe that there has been change, although, what we have experienced has been otherwise. We know that a black man running for president can not be the black president, but leader of the Americans. Who are the Americans then and if blacks are counted, how much fairly are they represented. Blacks are definitely not represented in their communities, if so the communities would not be failing in education, employment, health, and natural well being. Being robbed blind and put to bed in this day and age with these messages of change and programs of our struggle. The missing part is the struggle of whites in this country around the world, none more comparable and reachable than the black man world wide and even more deceptively in America. If this problem could be fixed and this kind of talk or expression could end we would have another travesty or example of power control on our hands. So why hasn´t there been more efforts to make unity in the black community around the world? Black leader´s who have stood for this and knew there place as a people and individual in this world and separating from the labels or misconstrued classifications understood this. Sadly today there stories of legacy and not of the plain messages they spoke. When true unity comes it will only come in the name of God. And this God spoken about in the Holy Bible, I believe will be the influence and the principle to make whole nations of people divided on stances of what liberty is. Religious games will not win in the end, because the righteous God is the judge.
