Control My Diabetes - 8:00 AM, 2/8/2008

I was just diagnosed with type i type i insulin-dependent diabetes after my doctor found my glucose to be 240 mg/dl. I am 5-foot-3 and weigh 134. Do you think it is possible to control this with diet and exercise alone?
